Three practices. One market.

In trade we buy and sell the goods ourselves: we carry the inventory risk and invoice your customer. In representation the contract stays between you and the customer — we are your contact on the ground, keep the collection in play and report back what the market says. Many manufacturers start with representation and switch later, once volumes are steady.

The German-speaking markets — Germany, Austria, Switzerland — and Northern Italy. The scope is deliberately narrow: we only represent where we can attend meetings in person and keep customers looked after between two trade fairs.

Trade and representation sit close to textiles — that is where our roots and our judgement of the goods come from. The Digital Services, by contrast, are sector-independent: company formation, document services, consulting and showroom set-up run the same way for cosmetics, furniture or machinery.

In trade we coordinate order and shipping handling and work with forwarders and customs agents; the customs declaration itself is filed by the appointed agent. In representation, shipping stays with you — we align schedules and sample flows.
