Each service line is engaged separately and starts with a written proposal.
Formation
Legal form, notary appointment, commercial register, bank account and tax registration in one coordinated process. METSE+ prepares the documentation, manages the appointments and hands over to the tax adviser. Opening the bank account is usually the longest single step.
Premises
Space through TTM Munich, commercial coordination by METSE+, no lease of your own. Our own address at Ottobrunner Straße 1; meetings take place there.
Platform project
TTM Munich is the shared showroom with meeting rooms and representation: collections present all year, customers hosted on site, without your own office. Membership limited to 20 companies.
Packaging representation
On 25 July 2026 we reviewed the public producer register of the Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister in full for producers established in Turkey. Since 12 August 2026 they need an authorised representative in Germany.

Legal and tax work is carried out by the licensed professionals in our network; METSE+ coordinates the entire process through one point of contact.
The same structure works in the opposite direction: German SMEs releasing used machinery, plant or inventory reach buyers in Türkiye through METSE+. One point of contact for documents, inspection and handover.
